Once your offer is accepted and signed by all parties, the closing process
begins. I will coordinate and guide you through:
• Any contingencies
• The inspection process including repair requests and negotiations.
• Answer any questions that arise from the report provided by the seller as to
the condition of the property and any other disclosures such as lead based
paint, septic, well, mold, termite, flood plain, insurability
• Any additional issues that might arise during the property inspection
• The loan approval process including the appraisal
• Inspection of the title documents and addressing any questions
you may have for the title company
• Any Home Warranty considerations
• Any unexpected issues that arise between contract signing and closing
• Scheduling a pre-closing walkthrough, if applicable
• Helping you understand the documentation that you will be
presented with at closing
• The mechanics of getting keys and garage door openers
